The what?

I thought there was another, older Silver Hand Academy which got eaten by dragons during the Chalice War, and the current one is the replacement which reopened after it finished. Did I just totally imagine that?

You did, yes.

At any rate, assuming you were right there, Kaineroth was not eaten, but spaghettified by a black hole. -nod-

Weird. Apparently I'm getting carried away with my worldbuilding or something.

Well, it's okay. It was certainly an interesting take on it; I'd definitely adopt it, if I didn't already have something in it's place.

This is why I like RPing with you, Zark. I'll go off on a massive world-building tangent in your RP and about ninety percent of the time you'll just go "Eh, sounds cool; we'll make that canon." :D

Well there's a post. Not gonna have the officers come in yet (or whatever I decide to do in the end), but for now this'll do. Don't want to interrupt anything else going on after all. :P

Pyr, the girl Elsis saw was Akkina, just in case it wasn't obvious.

Kyrissa's family are good and lawful and honourable; that doesn't mean they are nice.

I'm glad the story had an effect though. The reason I had Gin ask Kal that question was because I wanted make you think about it and see if the idea of such warfare had occurred to anyone else given Redemit lifespans and, if it had, whether anyone would ever dare suggest such a strategy. The fact it apparently hadn't probably gave the whole thing more weight.

I did actually think about something similar way back when, during the first iteration of this thing.

But, it stayed a stray thought, so I guess it doesn't really matter. Regardless, that was a well thought out story.
