-50% of Chinese steel, wood, oil and heavy industrial exports will be distributed to Tibet and USA
- Chinese armed forces will be reduced to 10% of current size
- No naval ships larger than a frigate, all active naval vessles will be sold or scuttled
- All nuclear arms will be disarmed
- 25% of Chinese GDP will be donated to Tibet
- No medium or heavy bombers or more than 50 fighter/interceptor
- China will allow UN weapons experts to inspect every quarterly to ensure no rearmament is achieved
