I think that I can have my nation follow them and that I can't control what others do with their nations. I think that my nation wouldn't have any clue currently of your (other rpers on the thread) nations but that knowing if yours do or not might help with rping in the future should they end up bumping into another player somehow.
Do I think others would follow them though, I'm not sure, I'd hope so, but given its post apocalypse I understand it's rather unlikely but I didn't think it hurt to ask.
And (I assume it's a joke) although I've heard of your second saying I haven't heard of the first which is inaccurate becouse many treaties were made for that purpose which stated that you had to declare war before invading another country, that war was only supposed to continue until it met the starting objective and that chemical weapons and missiles under 400 grams weren't to be launched and none were to be shot from balloons (the ones beside the first and third point I read on the wiki page although their on it as well) .
