That's a mistake. I very much doubt Livonia-Prussia applies to that entire yellow area; it's Livonia-Prussia.

The yellow nation is supposed to be The Baltic nations plus Koenigsberg and the gray is only supposed to only be Brandenburg

After the 2023 strike, they took much of Europe, and began a new life. They united as a nation, solving problems and fighting like crazy against the forces that opposed them. Some opposed this, and formed city-states in Berlin and Brandenburg. The German Empire... was reincarnated as a democracy.

NATO soon joined their allies on the front as they invaded into the might of the Eastern Bloc. Soon, the war stagnated. Germany, in its engineering genius, created a plasma firing machine gun that could be adapted without any changes to any situation. This gave NATO the advantage, as they pushed closer and further into the Russian motherland, planning to get China from the north.. The Allies then fell back, due to the threat of nuclear war. The territory taken was never occupied, as the Bloc had launched nukes, and the world went into hell. Germany took the land unoccupied, consisting of the Baltic States and their current territory.

I think you should probably lower the population and Brandenburg and Berlin are taken, the rest of Germany should be open though

No no. Population and military are too high, but mainly there was never any sort of conventional war. It was an hour-long nuclear exchange, and that's pretty much it.
