Land-wise that's actually small.

Yes, but remember, your not natives, your Germans who colonized a group of religious fanatics who have shown willingness to rebel against secular dictators of their own people. What would they do to foreigners? Especially after a nuclear exchange made by the western infidels (granted not by the Gemans themselves, but guilt by association is popular in the ME)

You're right. I'll become a totalitarian hellhole instead.

No. Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq, Iran, and Palestine. And some northern parts of Saudi Arabia if it's allowed.

Yeah that's too large to begin with considering the foreign nature of most people in power and the fact that they are "infidels."

I made it smaller and Bering is fine with it. One more thing, do you think the inhabitants there would be concerned about religion at all anymore? Considering most of the world's population is gone and there wasn't a government there until I arrived?

in face of social and economic breakdown, humans often look towards religion for guidance, leadership and explanations
FT, but roam where i please
It does not reflect my real life world political views, which are considerably less authoritarian and more moderate
Refer to my factbook for canon, it´s however out of date, and badly written. So take it with a grain of salt

And when the remaining religious leaders don't do a thing to help them?

Maybe they think of the nuclear apocalypse as punishment or something?

Hardly. The news would have told them to get to nuclear fallout shelters. Most of the populace also would have known about nukes.

Jordan, Israel, and Lebanon would have had media access. Iraq and Syria too. Only some isolated peoples without sufficient access maybe.

Well how much smaller did you make it?

When it comes to the Middle East I actually think religion would play a bigger role, not a smaller one. All the secular dictators keeping the Islamists down are gone.

I guess I have a damn hostile neighbor, Marsisian, if you dare to invade me, you don't know what's going to happen.

I'm secular. And I'm a dictatorship.

I know you are. Which means you'll have relatively "normal" levels of Islamist activity, like most of the non-Islamist dictatorships there now. On par with Egypt, probably. That doesn't mean that religion isn't important to a large portion of your populace or that there is no Islamist activity within your borders.

How much smaller did you make it?

Nah, Qatar has 2010's tech, I think. New Qatari Republic will take back the Arab World and a damn Old World.

And why the hell would an Arab country would be an National Socialist (Nazi)? At least we still have Islam here in this country.

Why would you have 2010's tech? You're in 1965 like the rest of us.

But Arabs won't like a damn dictatorship, they just want a Kingdom or Republic just like the New Qatari Republic, they'll revolt against you

If it keeps order and keeps the economy stable, they're fine with it.

Arab people in this RP will migrate to my NCR-like nation and restore Arab World! If your nation starts to become a shitty one.
