Look up the F-4, I can carry up to 9 air-to-air or air-to-surface missiles, as well as some bombs, including nuclear bombs. It's a fight-bomber. And can do Mach 2.2. That's considerably faster than your Zeppelin. In the old Rp I only had 1 working car and a handful of working bikes in the entire nation.

Well, most U.S military bases in Japan and (South) Korea most likely are destroyed, from a map I saw, they're mostly around Tokyo and Southern Japan, and, how would a JEt get to England, you'd have to go half way across the world in either direction, and you'd either A) run out of fuel over Siberia/Tibet, or B) run out of fuel over the Pacific ocean. Besides, the British Isles bombs are most likely the rocket variet, also, where would you get an Atom Bomb?
North Korea would of most likely used all of its arsenal during the 'Great War', so your only source is gone.
