I can understand a large portion of the tribe being warriors, but cannot see how you can support it as such. Most of your population isn't considered people by your orchestrators, and as such would not truly want to fight for your nation. I would like some more clarification on your numbers and a large reduction of your military forces, and on how your people are divided/ who is a person and who isn't, before I can accept you.

They could be part-time warriors, farming and herding the rest of the time.
