Also, about LA being wasteland, while I agree, I think the size of it should be smaller, like New York which is a FAR greater tsrget than LA is amost half the sie.

I would recommend a more Sicilian based state, as my initial intention was to have city-states and tribes in Italia. You could still call yourself Roman though, lol, I believe we now will have 4 Romes in the Mediterranean
