Damage tank, flawed in stuff like skill, speed, and maybe even intelligence, yet still the muscle on a team of demons, gods, and angels
Also, if y'all want I can have Ralevon appear and question the Kitsune......his patient never showed up anyway

I thought I made a mistake once, but I was wrong.

Yeah, I can do a damage tank vampire. He'll also be a drunkard who's overly fond of Molotov cocktails and used to be a fairly decent hunter of other Midnights, and still has all his notes on how to kill them (somewhere), but can't personally remember them due to being drunk a lot of the time.

Yeah, I don't think Ralevon ever had much patience.
Oh, and Charm, You have succeeded in confusing the Hell out of Andy emotionally. Calling him untrustworthy... It's like you're daring him to let his guard down!

Oh, and if he's old, he can be a rival to the Lieutenant, this huge werewolf guy in charge of the supernatural gulag group two is trapped in
And I guess Ralevon's a go call out the Kitsune just before he starts surgery?

Thing is, he doesn't even have any glass in his eye. Slorch got it wrong, so I guess you can go. Some misunderstanding that can be explained IC?
The left's pupil was almost split in two by a bad glass fragment, and the right had gotten some smaller fragments in the eyeball. The eyes were a sort of glazed white, and the remnants of the pupils were golden in colour.

So he'd be a guard at the supernatural gulag with the Lieutenant? In that case I'll have to call him Major *insert name*, or maybe just The Major.

Yōkai. I can't recall where I saw or read this, but there are some spirits in Japanese Mythology who are artistically based. For example, one took the shape of a pale human with ink for blood. I remember it could control, manipulate, and create things of a out of said ink/painting oils/watercolors etc.
Don't know if thats what you were looking for, but there it is.
