I can definitely see that. Also, I think out of the lot Vash has the most powerful firearms, although I know the least about him. Trigun is a series I have on my to do list to get into. But I know a decent amount about the other three.

Spike as a bounty hunter has gunned down and defeated everything from skilled assassins and cheap guns. Although, the weapons in his universe do not seem too much more advanced than todays.

The Major does have the advantage of being entirely cybernetic for the most part as you said. And her skills in a fight are even more heightened as she reacts faster than normal humans.

But Revy is a gun for a pirate crew and she is downright devastating. Taking out everything from other boats and even helicopters with small arms, she solos rival crews and government forces killing everyone in her path with an amoral compass. Maybe the most primitive of the group but I consider her the most skilled or deadly, but that does not equal a win. Her favored weapons are duel...Desert Eagles I think and she can use them better than a CoD master on a Kill Streak man.

Like Superman, his body is different than a humans, so he has the ability to withstand those speeds. Ice ain't his only powers. He can fly at just a little below your speeds (less that 1,000,000 difference) I should be able to keep up, and he has a sense like Spider Sense, but heightened a little.
