Well, he is a little insecure. He is worried that his plan might not be accomplished. He had not predicted that Kilian would have such power, so he is on a frantic quest to try and over power him. He might even look for the Space Gem, but he wont find it because if he did he would have ultimate power which would not sit to well.

MSSJ3. He's currently the strongest Saiyan, and the third strongest character. But he is number one in raw power.

Sending forces after him would probably keep him busy whenever Nicholas is looking for powerful objects. He might be able to defeat them, but he wont be able to find Nicholas and defeat his men at the same time. Besides, his men are all pawns. Not to mention Kilian would not know the men belong to Nicholas, which Nicholas could use to his advantage in the future.
When I make up a plot for my characters in RP, I make it very general so it allows room for fluctuation. Over time my schemes become increasingly complex.

He literally just saw Kilian get taken by a Celestial, and can no longer find him with the gems. If that were the case, then it seems that Nicolas should come to the conclusion that Kilian is no longer present in the universe.

By the way, the Celestials hid Pandora, not Earth. Sorry if that wasn't clear. They hid it because they want to see how Kilian does things when he knows he's a god there.

UC had mobilized it's forces in response. Dapp had teleported aboard Nic's ship, but that can be retconned away.
