So, by that logic, Kilian is more powerful than Kyoten.

I'll give you a hint as to why that's wrong. Kyoten is less powerful, but doesn't simply use Ki blasts as his main weapon. He uses everything it can do, and that includes the Infinity Beam. It isn't generated by his power alone, but by the transmuting of kinetic energy into Ki.

Also, Frank is also stronger than Beerus... for a few seconds.

Glad I'll be mostly training during that. When Frank comes back he'll be like "Waaat?"
