Dapp kinda fucked the power rankings in mine, as he's not involved enough to be considered yet. Cell is also technically strongest as well - I was only counting player characters for the time being, haha.

Russia's characters are both weaker and far less skilled than Sentinel. I just used my best judgement in who could kill who. I could go into more detail but it's late and I have work tomorrow. And it is confirmed that Speed force Conduits are faster than Supes. By a lot. "Those races were for charity."

I didn't include Cell cause he's not going to be around forever.

Besides, Ultra Corps is not a permanent organization. This roleplay is called Infinite Justice, and not the Ultra Corps, for a reason.

Dont feel bad, Sentinel is consistently getting 10th place.
Also, Katsuo really has not been in fights that show off his abilities very well yet. I suspect that is the reason for his absence in the lists.

I really dont think NPCs should be considered. Only apped characters.

For example, Killswitch just disabled most of IJ, but he is a plot character. Not a player character. Same with Deathstroke, Cell ect.
