Source of powers: An armored power cell gives android 21 basically unlimited power, and an almost unlimited power level. This power cell also contains Genes from the following species: Humans, saiyans, namekians, Frieza's Race, And Majin Buu's race.
Brief Bio(Include discovery of powers): Android 21 was created in secrecy as the perfect assassin for killing powerful races like Saiyans and Namekians. With a seemingly innocent disguise holding a dark secret, Android 21's power level is literally invisible, yet it's so powerful it's immeasurable. Android
21 now searches throughout the galaxy for these races of powerful warriors, hellbent on killing them all clean and quickly.
Powers(Be detailed!) Android 21, being infused with Human, Saiyan, Namek, Cell, Frieza's Race, and Majin DNA, has the combined power of all six Races, as well as inheriting the traits from each race.
Human DNA Allows 21 to channel and control the unlimited energy around everyone/everything known as ki, using it as power for attacks like flight, near faster-than-light speed flight, and powerful melee combos.
Being an Android, it allows 21 to take flight using ki and enhance her base attacks and such. Also being an android, she can disguise her power level, making her basically invisible to targets who can sense Ki.
Namekian DNA Allows 21 to regenerate to some extent, as well as using ki, though, this is not used much, as those who can even land a hit on 21 usually end up dying.. -cough cough-
Cell DNA Allows 21 to absorb other people's power, basically sucking them from their power, as well as capturing their own abilities. For example, if 21 absorbs Goku, she can not only take his power, but also be able to do moves like the Kamehameha and go Super saiyan.
Saiyan DNA allows 21 to take the form of a "Super Saiyan", gaining Gold hair and being able to boost her own attack strength.
Freiza's Race DNA allows her to survive in the harshest of areas, and gives her the ability to "transform", changing her shape, to increase her power level.
Majin DNA boosts her power tremendously, and allows her to hit supernatural opponents, and Absorb targets in a second method.
Weaknesses: 21 is prone to EMP Attacks from some opponents, which is her main weakness. Electronic attacks also are very painful against her and do the most damage.
