It gives the user a power boost based on how much peace they bring to the universe and how much inner peace they have themselves.

It won't power you up like the Super Corps Ring, and pretty much gives you access to GL Ring techniques that are based on peacefulness.

Maelstrom is a scary-ass dude. He mopped the floor with two powerful New Corps Leaders and was edgy as fuck while doing it.
