Brief Bio(Include discovery of powers): While attending a public exhibition demonstrating the safe handling of nuclear laboratory waste materials, sponsored by the General Techtronics Corporation, then-15-year-old Peter Parker was bitten on the hand by a spider that had been irradiated by a particle accelerator used in the demonstration. Unbeknownst to him, after the spider fell from his hand, it bit a girl, Cindy Moon on the ankle before it died from the radiation.[4] Making his way home afterwards, Peter was almost hit by a car, when Peter jumped out of the way, Peter discovered he had somehow gained incredible strength, agility, and the ability to cling to walls; spider-like traits that he immediately associated with the spider bite.
Encountering an ad offering a cash prize for staying in the ring for three minutes with a professional wrestler, Peter decided this would be a good way to test his powers. Wearing a mask to avoid potential embarrassment in the case he lose, Peter easily defeated his opponent. A TV producer observed his performance and convinced him to go on television with his 'act.' After years of training to control the thirst Caraline finally had gotten use to feeding on blood packages Morgana and herself stole for her to eat. It was when they turned fifteen did Morgana's mother kick them out into the world to find a path suited for them. Attempting to make a life for them selfs both still attend school regularly while becoming names to be feared within the school.

While Morgana stopped bad guys and robbed jewelry stores of a few pieces. Caraline worked at a strip club to make some more cash to help pay the bills. As the worse for wear teens grew older they stopped going to school altogether, because it was to much. Growing tired of the city they moved around from place to place robbing stores, tombs and other things. That was until they meet Erotica Jones also known as Stripperella the superhero. Who taught them how to properly fight and not to kill. Allowing them to work at her strip club to live other then criminal work.
Powers: hemokinsis/blood manipulation: The ability to control her blood at will even it's density. As along as the blood came from her body it acts as she wishes.
Vamperic physiology: having the body of a vampire which gives the user the ability to see at night. Also giving the user superhuman strength, speed, senses, and durability.
Blood frenzy/ghoul: this ability is only activates when the user has consumed more than the necessary amount of blood needed to function. Ghoul allows the user to double their abilities to new heights.
Weaknesses: blood loss, and normal human means of death. Also the manipulation ability has a control area of fifty yards unless a projectile.

Certainly on a small scale. I mean, Joker and Harley are like Batman and Robin. But you wont be seeing large scale coordination respecting the same commanding officer or anything. For the most part, all of them are to egoist to listen to another for long besides a few exceptions. I would foresee small, and very temporary alliances between certain, more compatible villains.
