I have no money to buy them with, no one to crew them with, no competent officers to command them, and no naval funding to buy them fuel and ammunition and food and stuff, so there's not a whole lot of point. I mean I still might, but they wouldn't be used for the navy. Their guns would go to the army and their engines and stuff would go to the Board of Works.
This is basically China's plan if they get into a war with America or Japan or Britain and their ports come under attack:
1. Strip the guns and engines and useful things off of their large ships.
2. Sink their large navy ships and some old freighters in the mouth of any ports under attack.
3. Move the army in to stop any nearby amphibious landings with coastal artillery (possibly including the guns stripped off of the large navy ships) and human waves.
Columbia aint gonna go to war with you btw

I checked. It was actually richer than France Germany and Italy. But, you should probably try to develop your economy in order to avoid what happened to Argentina in RL.

Ah, because nothing spreads goodwill towards capitalism and democracy like attempting to starve an entire country.

Er, wasn't the starvation in Ukraine caused by the Communists? I'm referring to Greece's attempt to starve Russia by closing the straits.
I feel that it would end with the French, Italian, and Soviet fleets delivering a swift boot up some Hellene backside.

It will be interesting how things develop considering that the USC just declare a de facto war on the entire continent.

If the French and Italians do not mind the Central Powers returning to defend Greece from their "fleets", then by all means feel free to attack the Greeks. Otherwise, I have a feeling the Third Republic and the Italian Nationalists will have quite a boost.

Italian Nationalists? Hardly. The Italian Civil War is all but complete with Communists in control of the entirety of the Military, its little more than a bloody uprising at this stage, the republicans, monarchists, quasi-fascists (don't get excited ICD) are going underground (as in hiding or y'know, into morgues).
Either way, Inglorious Hashemite Palestine will sell Oil to all!

Yes. As the Communists control the southern coast of France, as well as Corsica, they control about a third of France's fleet, which has only grown throughout the civil war.
I'm not sure why this is "top kek" to you.
because presumably after the whole losing ww1 thing Germany forced you to scupper a significant portion of it
