Easy... Move the Black Sea fleet into the Mediterranean and rename it the Mediterranean fleet. Then squish it through the Gibraltar strait and call it the Atlantic fleet!

Yeah you can't do that, no one in their right mind would send 500,000 men to do that, just more of being unrealistic for you, just like in the 1936 rp
