I agree that she won't wow her that much, however Reina should find Victoria using her semblance on top of a dead King taijutu(?) she beat without to much of a struggle. However, I view Victoria and Reina as equally skilled fighters, since Reina uses trickery and is deceitful, and Victoria has different combat styles.

Depends if they have the enhanced senses, I mean in the series Monkeyboy has increased agility and reflexes but doesn't have the hearing. And quite frankly, I don't believe Blake's ears have really served any real purpose, and AFAIK only moved twice.
