Age: 16 (she graduated Signal a year early)

Race: Faunus
(For Faunus) Animal Traits: Poor Eyesight, Bat ears, bat'like wing-shapes, y'know, attaching her arms to her torso. End at her wrist, leather-like quality (they aren't functional for flight) and the very small nubby tail that attaches to a bat's wings
Appearance (Can be Picture):

Bio (The longer the better): Born into a modest household of one mother and one father with no siblings, Salvia didn't have problems with attention from her parents, typically. Her father was human, her mother a faunus. Her parents were surprised when faunus traits ended up on their daughter rather than the dominant human genes. They, however, didn't mind, and were more than happy to swaddle their small little girl with big ears and and tiny nub of a tail.

They loved to make sure she felt safe and happy at home, and liked to spend a lot of time with her. If she wanted them to back off a little bit, they had asked her to let them know, since they'd never been parents before. She would occasionally take advantage of this request, but still loved her parents very much.

Her extended family was small and distant, so holidays were usually in home, just the three of them. When she turned six it was decided that she would need prescription glasses or contacts likely for life, and continued to provide her with these into teenhood and beyond. She faced little discrimination in her primary schooling, but when she began attending Signal, after she'd shown battle prowess, her classmates were not always so friendly. It's like the kids who seem to inherit bigoted political views from their parents. She was picked on regularly, and was chosen last for a sparring partner.

It was unfortunate that few helped her fight, because she became one of the most skilled students in her class. After she was sent to a Gifted Students class at Signal, she managed to graduate early and escape her classmates to attend Beacon Academy. She eagerly awaits the new school year and is excited for a new opportunity.

Weapon: Snake Eyes
Appearance: I'm gonna draw them and the belt later
Capabilities: The bolas hang from a belt around her hips, with varying types of bolas. They vary from razor-like strings to nets to electrocuting wire. Some bolas have explosives or varying dust combinations in the balls themselves which will explode on impact. Can be used in close quarters too, almost like nunchucks.
Other: Nope, think I've covered it.

Semblance: Sonic Scream (Like Banshee or Black Canary) and yes it is because she is a bat faunus

Cardin Winchester and others) would have a field day trying to de-web you. Possibility of not having that, please?

Two, not sure if the faunus gene works the same way traits work for RL humans, but no faunus so far has announced coming from human parentage. I've no basis for this, but preferably at least one faunus parent would set my mind at ease.

Weapon: Puppeteer Puppet Master Strings.
Appearance: Pair of revolvers (image), or pair of gauntlets.
Capabilities: Gun stuff. Gauntlets enhance strength and have thin, razor sharp wires extending from fingertips. Wires obey Soren (somehow... magic).

I don't think we've had any duplicate weapons yet... I'd rather not start now...

The wings are nostly just leather-like webbing, and I'd actually made plans using the 'wings' but I guess i can scrap that part of what I thought worked well, too. I'll change the piece of shit tomorrow.

Appearance: I'm gonna have to design them
Capabilities: The gloves manipulate the strings. Like, she could typically use it to grab the remote from across the room and bring it close to change the channel. Sorta like that.
Other: They aren't semblance controlled, (obviously) so if she throws a string after someone and they dodge or something, she can't make it turn in mid-air and follow them. They're sort of like a bunch of tiny whips from her fingers.

Well, (starting at the beginning) in my team there is someone with about the same exact weapon as me (which isn't exactly his falt, but I had filled the niche of duel revolvers first). While this is a minor problem, when we lost one of our teammates early on, instead of waiting for someone to fill that role (which wouldn't have taken long) Stormwrath made basically a placeholder character just so they could continue RPing, without taking me into consideration. This was highlighted when the character if Leif was given very few lines, much of it not giving me stuf to work off of (which I have to admit shows signs of improving)
Now, I know it's probably too late to switch out the characters, plus it would be difficult to find someone new and fit them in the IC, I'm just showing that this needs to be addressed and hopefully resolved
