Living with scientist is always a bit difficult. Growing up, the young Cecelia was surrounded by contraptions of all sorts, and at a young age she began a guinea pig for a couple of her parents' experiments, resulting in no bodily harm, oddly enough. Her parents cared for here, and the rest of the world, and they strive to create the best weapons for the local military.

It's because of this that Wyn received the railgun as a present before she was sent off to The Academy to become a huntress. This weapon was forged by herself and her father, and the blade side was made by the young girl and her mother. It's a kind of family bond, and she treats it with the utmost care because of this.

Weapon: Mk. VII Railgun and Sword combo.
Appearance:
Boosh

Capabilities: In the main form, she carries around a large sword made of titanium and stainless steel. Needless to say, it is razor sharp. She carries it on her arm in a small pouch and it extends to become her trusty blade. When times get tough and she needs to reach out and touch someone, s the blade will expand a bit more and become a railgun that is capable of punching a significant hole in almost anything, at almost any range. The laser beam keeps going straight and doesn't follow the curvature of the earth nor it's gravitational field, so it doesn't have any drop-off.
Other: As one might guess, only one form can be used at once. Also, the railgun gets super-heated, and can cause severe burns to anyone who touches the coils before it cools off. If the weapon changes form, it will still stay hot.

Semblance: Electricity Manipulation.
Tying in with her railgun, Wyn can control the direction of her lightning blast created by her weapon. This can only be used slightly, and it causes serious repercussions, in the form of severe headaches and slight pains throughout her body. She can also use her lightning to brighten up rooms.

Like, the moment you look away from them, dead or otherwise, they could spring back to life? Im pretty sure there's a character in Hellsing with the same powers.....named Schrodinger

Regardless, we're not having 'em. They're hard to balance, no matter what disadvantages they have to offer. Or no matter how experienced you are with them. Can you pick anything different?

Sorry I haven't been active for a while. Next week is Thanksgiving break for me, so I have had test after test and project after project. It has been a pretty hectic week. Now that I only have 1 day left, and I have (nearly) everything done, I will be able to actually get on this site.

Anyways, about the time-mod semblance, just change it to giving you faster reflexes, because, as Temp said earlier, they are hard to balance.
