Appearance (Can be Picture): Around six feet tall, slim build. Has brown eyes and hair, which is cut to a medium length. Wears a black combat vest, with a dark blue under jacket. His lower half has brown cargo pants and hiking boots.
Bio (The longer the better): Born in a small community outside of Vacuo, Andrew spent much of his early life helping farm whatever would grow in the hot deserts. This changed when a train carrying many tons of Dust other related products owned by Schnee Dust Company was derailed and set fire to much of the town's food supply. The following panic lead to large riots, which attracted large amounts of Grimm to the town. After the ensuing battle, Andrew and various other refuges scattered along with whatever they could salvage (Including his current 322s) into various towns in the Vacuo region. Wanting to stop such tragedies as these from happening again, he enrolled into one of the various Vacuo public schools, and worked his way into gifted classes. He shortly found his semblance, which he had not known earlier for the lack of water in his old home. Andrew had a moment of luck when he was placed on the transfer list to Beacon, and is now enrolling there.

Weapon: 2 SDC-322 .44 Revolvers
Appearance:

Capabilities: An experimental Schnee firearm, the SDC-322 Revolver, more commonly called the 322, is able to fire various regular or dust-infused bullets. This gives it the ability to fire a variety of rounds, with fire, ice, electric, explosive, poison gas, and explosive rounds with that being a short list. While full cases of certain ammo types are rare, custom made bullets are easy to make leading to combinations of various types. This can lead to a so called "Roulette' firing style, where the ammo type is up to luck and possibly skill (This can lead to various different scenarios, including using poison gas rounds at extremely close range or a small fire burst aimed at longer-ranged targets)
Other: Due to Andrew's partial incompetence with keeping them maintained, some bullets can be blanks, or have a lessened effect. Also don't worry, I'll make sure that the bullets are mostly random if not regular.

Semblance: Hydromancy (Ice Control) The ability to control water, usually to form it into ice. Andrew usually uses it to form melee focused weapons, which include ice knifes and wrist blades. With Hydomancy he is able to stop water and take it out of the air, though he isn't as skilled in using that for that.
