Anyway, issues to be solved;
1. How shall we decide winner? Are you happy with me judging, or should we have a vote? If a vote, should non-Historical RP Group people be allowed to vote? Should it be anonymous? Should the entrants be allowed to vote? What voting form should we use? FPTP might not be the best idea.
2. When should it end? I figure in a few weeks would be good, but when exactly?

1. Have a vote, with entrants being allowed to vote bc otherwise it's hard to police, with your judgement being final. What I mean is that we have an STV vote which eliminates the entries down to two, and then you pick the winner from them.
2. 13th of June, which totally is not my birthday.

Also, when winners are decided, I'm thinking that it will be about top 1/3 ranked (i.e. if we have 9 entrants, it'll be 1st, 2nd, 3rd, if we have 15, top 5, if we have 30, top 10, if we have only 3, then top 1). Thoughts?

I won't participate, I don't have the time needed to make one, especially since I have ten RP ongoing now. And will be eleven.
