That means he doesn't declare it "between soup and dessert" and the USPD and Spartacists take the initiative. If they do it properly, and using things like the Soldier's councils as arguments, they should be able to convince Von Baden's fresh regiments to join them, and then you have a Socialist Republic in control of Berlin as well as other parts of Germany. From there it should be quite easy to roll, but I could delve deeper into it with some time and if you're interested.

Well, I think you could get something up pretty quick. All that needs explaining is the positions of the Diadochi and their strengths/weaknesses, in addition to those other civilizations that are rising in the period like Rome and Carthage.
Hilarity ensues as Ptolemy marries his son to his daughter, the Antigonids try to go Alexander, the Selucids try to figure out how to rule Persia, and the mainland Greeks complain about being under the Macedonian yoke but do nothing.

Interesting.
Would there be a civil war?
What would German Communism look like if placed in power?
Also, I've split up that Turkish province to separate Constantinople, given Tunisia to France, and have separated Estonia from Lithuania-Latvia (or whatever I'll call it). Czechoslovakia has been returned to its IRL borders.
All muh historiz is screwed uhp

What year would it be?
If it is after 166 BC I'd really like to be the Seleucids.

I'd prefer to start just at the start of the Wars of the Diadochi, about the time of Seleuces.
You see a lot of fluidity all over the Med, even in Italy and Carthage, so it would be a very interesting divergence point to RP
