I don't get that map. On one hand, we have German Silesia being what it is now, a small rump in Lusatia.
On the other hand, Prussian Pomerania.

It's a reference map, as in a map you look at to remember which province Czech Silesia or Anhalt or Jamtland or Cornwall is or whatever

Got that man, just that it is a really weird reference, as it seems to be tied to no era. (As otherwise, looking at the partitioned Silesia, you also should have partitioned Pomerania, for example).

Tyrol is split into Austrian Tyrol, German-Italian Tyrol and Italian Tirol, for the purposes of distinguishing between modern Austrian Tyrol, the ethnically-German part of Tyrol that Italy today owns, and the part of Tyrol that's actually ethnically Italian.

I'm half tempted, for the sake of Alt-Historiness, to give Austria & Bohemia to Germany and have them have concluded that GrossDeutschland (Habsburg ruled, rather than Bismarck, meaning the capital would probably be Vienna rather than Berlin) was a better idea than Klein Deutschland, so all (most, since Switzerland and Netherlands..) German speaking peoples are part of the new German state. And to have the rest of the Austro-Hungarian Empire be a Hungarian Empire.

Aye! If you want the OTL borders, which of course you may not, then Germany would have to get the eastern province of Silesia, currently held by Austria.(Also applies for Late Colonialism)

Historically Italy, and therefore modern Lybia, seems to have gained some land from the French Sahara, which I guess you might want to remove from here.
But I don't quite know where it gained land, as I just found out that it gained land at all, after wanting to actually look up your British-Lybian border.

I was looking into the Agadir Crisis, and I'm thinking the RP would be either 1912 start or I'll have had the Germans fold during the First Moroccan Crisis in which the French tried to pursue reforms in Morocco and with this renewed confidence, have them have marched in and just installed the Protectorate by force. Which would have Germany a bit emasculated and looking to prove itself.

I think you misunderstood me. I meant that now its rival was only France. As in, implying that maybe adding an additional one, or even two, could be reasonable. But I guess it all depends on your history.

Libya didn't exist at that time, I just said Libya instead of Ottoman/Italian Libya or Tripolitania.
So you didn't completely miss it out. The only thing you might have wrongly is the french additions, but as I don't know what they are, I can't help you more on those.

That is of course one option. Though in that case you might have to consider the Balkan wars, I don't recall their exact dates and border-changes.

I considered partitioning Pomerania into Swedish and not-Swedish (as in, the not-Swedish part at the time that it was Swedish ) but there weren't neat lines to do that. Basically, the map shows where all the neat lines you ought to follow are, and where all the lines that were arbitrarily drawn by some late mapmaker are, and thus you should avoid.

I know what started it, I'm just saying Germany losing gave Hitler(after going to some beer hall NOT the Munich one one with people pissed about Germany losing WW1 like usual) more of a reason to be who he was... If he was a successful artist the chances of him repeating it our slim(imo) but, then again maybe it might happen just not have a wider affect, and Hitler dies when he tried to revolt at the Munich Beerhall...
