Late Colonialism
Not sure if I'll go for the 1600s or early 1800s idea, I'm sort of leaning towards 1800s, but I think some edits will need to be made to the new world / asia.
1900s
Fixed Gabon, Danish-German-Russian border issues and something else I've forgotten..

Are you tired of the straight lines in the normal Victoria II map? Do you want a realistic native american tribe's territory? Or maybe the Ottomans shouldn't own ALL of Iraq. Well, you're in luck! Here comes the new EDITED VICTORIA II MAP!!! Equipped with convenient regions to split the land, this map will allow you to build the empire of your dreams with only a few dozen bucket-fills!

I like that.
Maybe you could have an RP where players can only start with a certain number of regions. Could be interesting.

I've seen that smallbordery one, don't like it much. It's almost as bad as the HoI III map. I mean, you look at it, and it's [heavy breathing] at the level of detail possible, but then you actually try to colour it in and you discover that you have absolutely no idea what goes where. And, on top of that, it makes your eyes (and brain) hurt. I still prefer either Vicky 2 or NUTS1/2.

Unless I am missing something here.

EDIT: Never mind, "Osel" is just Saaremaa in Swedish. Damn Paradox Swedish supremacy.

I don't get that map. On one hand, we have German Silesia being what it is now, a small rump in Lusatia.
On the other hand, Prussian Pomerania.
EDIT:
Also, Tyrol, German? /EDIT
