At least I think Pershings did.

I know Chaffee's did.

Yeah, M26's were stationed in Korea, but the Korean conflict didn't start yet and the M26's weren't issued to the US in the beginning of the conflict. There were only three Pershings in the whole peninsula when it started.

I'd feel bad for the T-34-85 crew that went up against a Pershing.

Yeah, the three Pershings actually had to be refurbished with makeshift fanbelts and as a result, their engines overheated. The US sent more Pershing's and Easy Eights in the coming years.

Lesser Wolf, I honestly think that the Stuka mage, who was a genuine Nazi, would also get the maximum security treatment.

Not sure what would become of Tsubasa, though.

Still though. Getting hit with a gun made to defeat the heaviest tank to see combat would be overkill.

Regular M26's were only armed with the 90mm M3. The Super Pershing's gun was a different one.

The Super Pershing's gun was a prototype IIRC, same as on the T32 heavy tank.

But both were made for the same purpose, to defeat the German heavy tanks.

So how is Freyja going to get the message if she's going to be in a solitary confinement in a max prison?

Simple: all the mages except for ones based on early tanks have built-in telepathy.

Freyja is in the prison with the other Axis Mages. The letters went to the Allied Mages, who aren't in the prison. So Freyja doesn't need a letter.

Application

Name: Zita Küchler
Personification of:Panzer I Ausf.C
Gun & Armor Description:
30mm frontal angled@10 degrees
20 to the sides and rear.

EW 141 Anti-tank rifle
MG34

Physical Appearance :http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/8/80/VictoriaLouiseUniform.jpg (Too big for NS) Shorter than the picture implies as the core has retarded her growth.

Personality: Zita is polite by default but more out of reflex than any sense of general goodwill. She is perceptive and capable of detaching herself from events. She has no problem being blunt or cruel if there are no repercussions but takes no pleasure from the act either, what others often see as her being cold is simply a symptom of honesty without tact.

Bio: Zita Küchler's early life was spent on the grounds of the Küchler estate growing up on her father's war stories and a rising feeling of doom. The estate itself was quite modest but produced little money and was maintain by the funds from her family's textile manufactory. Unfortunately the business failed and in the face of poverty Zita was sent to become a war mage to spare her. Eternally perceptive, Zita was able to maneuver herself into the Ausf.C development program. By becoming friendly with the designers Zita was able to prolong the development while holding off being scraped entirely. Her second scheme came to fruition when Zita had the entire compliment subtly dumped on the LVIII Panzer Reserve Corps in France and then shortly backfired when the massive Normandy Landings through the inexperienced witches into a firestorm. After months of hairsbreadth escapes from deadly engagements across the bocage and the destruction every other Ausf. C witch with no hope of withdrawal Zita played her final card. Quite casually she walked into regional command, delivered her scouting report, requested a meeting with Günther Blumentritt, Chief of Staff to von Rundstedt, on a matter of great secrecy. Upon arriving in his office she then shot him once in the head; emptied the contents of his desk into her document bag; left; informed the staff that he was taking an important phone call and was not to be disturbed and promptly fled to Allied lines. Zita is now a junior investigator in occupied Germany she has just recently been assigned to the case of a robbery at the "War Gears" Academy as an assistant detective. Zita is 22 and received her core in 1939.

I really hope I've not overstepped a line with the bio but I thought if I was gonna come in late I might as well make it interesting.

I'll not beat about the bush, I'm not quite sure how to start with the way things have gone. Do you want to discuss it in thread or by TG?

Nooo..... You're in the same prison. It's just that there's tighter security for you and for the first 3 years of your internment you weren't allowed any privileges.

But I still imagine we're, or at least me, are kept in confinement. Would make my character more interesting.. being alone in a concrete box for three years, being fed slop through a rectangular hole.. I think Freyja's might have gone a little insane in the membrane.. :P
