Unknown Spectre.
IC
You are a member of the living dead. For one reason or another, your soul has not be allowed to rest after your death. You are currently huanting the St Margrets Hospital of Blueville, Maine. Many of your undead kin have lost hope of passing on, now becoming vengeful spirits who haunt the hospital. Perhaps you have too, but you know you want to be free of this curse of undeath. Legends speak of a way to become living again, however many are skeptical of its authenticity, but if it were to be true… One would be free of undeath forever.
So, will you seek the Holy Grail of the dead to rid yourself of your curse, or will you find another route to peace, a harder, more personal method to attaining your desperately sought after rest. To find what roots you to this earth and cut it. Or will your resolve falter, and condemn you to an eternity of this wretched half dead existence.
Your characters history will be a mystery to everyone, so you will have to discover it as we progress (So it would be advisable to write or work out something before we start). One can do this by finding items connected to their past, but beware, the "Lost" are attracted to such items like moths to an open flame, or by other methods that shall be revealed as we progress. (Connecting your past to the past of other characters is also encouraged). Though the character don't have to have died in the hospital, it would have had to have some role in their lives.
