It is january, and a unexpected harsh winter creeped inside! Effects taking toll!
-15% Morale in battles for unexperienced men to cold weather (It only does 10% to Russian, Scottish, Scandinavian and Canadian men, and all other Northern nations I left out)

Not enough. Anyways.... South American and southern United states Nations actually get -25% Morale, including any african nations. So, everyone in those area's, do not go to war with nations that have 15 or less -% for morale
