Also, Alexandra might remember her Counselors discussing that a Schoolboy made the attack, so that would start up a conversation.
Well yeah but there is also security and guards around, and if Lulu could just stumble into it then I assume it would be open to the public and there would be other people there.

Probably would be.
Problem is, even if she did suspect him of the attack, there would be no way to prove it. Yet.
Also, she might remember him vaguely from Childhood. She is his Half-Sister.
There's plenty to start up Conversations. So, we gonna do this?

Also, Saitama Ghetto. Yamato Group. We do have to crash at someone's place, after all. What better way than to set myself up in a potential line of fire in the same breath?
Not-edit:
Only? Huh, it didn't sound like the entirety of what followed in canon didn't happen. More like it was just left out since we all know what happened in Shinjuku already.

James just ran into her. Literally.
Also, sorry for short post, but i'm hitting Writer's block. AGAIN.

The only person who 'attacked' was Lelouch. And weirdly, it looks like mass suicide. But, considering soldiers don't usually kill themselves after murdering a Green-Haired Girl, they are checking in to see if it was really Suicide.
Two terrorists were known to be there (counting Kallen), but they didn't kill any Britannians.

Well, I've adjusted my post to represent our changed canon, accounting for the fact that even if it looks like suicide, it'd be spun into something else for propaganda purposes by the media - a certain amount of anti-Britannian wartime bias contained in her thoughts as well.
Edit:
I will respond to the crash-into-hello tomorrow. Since it's Friday I'll be home a teeny tiny tad earlierer than usual.

I think James will work well with Kristen. Though I doubt he'll ever swear loyalty to the EU to take down Britannia. He hates Britannia, and will COOPERATE with the EU, but work under them?
Nope. he's gonna take them down his own way.
Still, running into James could prove useful to her. I doubt she knows of some obscure escaped Britannian Prince, but he could help her blend into Tokyo.
