Many of the characters so far are currently in either Japan or near Japan, a few EU agents and "rebellious" Britannian forces are moving towards Japan, a few characters are going to Shinjuku, and a few others are either developing research stuff, going to Ashford, preparing to spy on others, or taking control of certain things. A lot is going on in specifically in China and Japan though, especially involving the EU and Britannians attempting to influence Japan's destabilized state.

Okay guys, so I don't screw up the RP with a useless char, I'm deciding to make Rafe an undercover spy. Her line of work makes her perfect for that job, she can be on different spy missions and things of that nature. And maybe Alaric can seek her out to help in the war effort against Britannia

So he is not even in the Tokyo Settlement. Well I don't think I can help you there, considering I am infiltrating an Academy under a fake identity.
