In case it isn't too clear, I'm trying to create a mudpack. I wasn't sure if I can do that and gather more globs on the same turn so I'll correct that if it can't be done.

You can certainly do the former, but I wouldn't recommend drinking.

Erm, that won't really work. You can turn the mud globs into water, but drinking them isn't exactly feasible. You may want to read the second post in this thread more thoroughly.

Also, since we'll likely be seeing some characters dying of thirst in the near future, don't worry. If you die, and you want to respawn, you'll be back at your old spot in a day.

1. can I turn soil into a mud tile if I turn enough soil into mud and drop it into a nearest tile?
2. Also, can I move shrines if I make a new earth tile?

Yes, and yes, respectively.

You can turn a Mud Glob into water at the Shrine and drink that water in the same turn.

You can die of hunger, but it's much less urgent than thirst. Once your Hunger hits 0 you start draining Health instead of Hunger, and obviously once Health hits zero you're kaput. Drinking is far more important, as once thirst hits zero you're simply dead, a desiccated corpse.

1) No, but you can turn soil into a mud tile.
2) Shrines are a structure, and as such immobile.

Harkback, there is no Rite that turns a Mud Glob into food, nor a Rite that turns a Mud Glob in to water. That'd be far too simple.

@ Starlight: It's night, and you'll need to dry that Mud Brick before you can use the Rite of Sustenance on it. As it is, I'd recommend working on a way to get water before you sleep, or you'll never wake up.
