Also, if all of my plans go well, I think Corrunia may soon become the most powerful nation in the world. Additionally, since I am conquering India, seeing as India had a huge population in RL in this time period, this will add at least 50,000,000 people to my empire, providing Corrunia with an incredible amount of manpower.

I have actually thought about all of these. I know the risks of creating such a large empire, and I am willing to take them. I really want to see how this turns out.

I guess OOC talk just bolsters such facts. Don't worry, without a limit, RE's are the replacement to prevent over-expansion. So make sure you don't think occupied people will take arms for your nation anytime soon.

Why not? If I treat them benevolently, offering them citizenship, allowing them to participate in the democratic process, and guarantee them rights and full protection under the law, then why couldn't they fight for me?

Of course not. We would still have to go through Persia first, and plus, we would need to spend some time recovering from the constant state of war and consolidating our land in India.
