EDIT: The underside of the Hilt is Gold, with tampered steel above it. The blade's front and back part is tampered steel for slicing and bludgeoning, while the sides are of cheaper medium steel. The center is of soft steel and has a channel down the middle to save weight and to act as a channel for blood to flow down. (You wouldn't want blood on your blade after all.) The scabbard has the part that's jutting out to fit into a piece on the Hilt of the Kamimata, in the event that it is used on horseback, you wouldn't want your blade bumping around and potentially falling out. Can be used both as a 1 hander and 2 hander.

Yeah, that's the formal part, and we'd probably come to each other's aid in aggression, but it's non-binding, so that if one of us is getting screwed over, the other isn't required to get screwed over as well. Also, we might not want/need the other's help. It's basically your typical alliance.

Latium is tiny, being 2 small/medium provinces, so annexation should be fine.

No, that was a misrepresentation; the reservation was for Latium, but the mapmaker gave it all of central Italy. You can assume that the faction only owns the two provinces of Latium and the rest is blank.

ICD who reserved it hasn't posted since day 1 anyway; it's an NPC.

Since nobody dares do the whole "occupied thingy" on a Vicky II map, just leave it my color. If he annexes it, then change it.
