Great. I am the Olmec/Aztec analogue. We're gonna be good friends...

State/National Religion: Tartessian Mythology
Dominant Religion: Tartessian Mythology
Minority Religion(s): Greek Mythology, Phoenician Mythology
Population: 3,000,000
Military Organization:The Tartessian standing Army is partially professional. All healthy men receive some sort of basic military training at 16 years of age. This training is consider a rite of passage into manhood in Tartessian Culture. Should the reserves be called up to arms all able bodied men are expect to join or pay a large war fine in order to be legally excused from the draft. After the reserves are called up they would then be taken into training camps organized and integrated into the standing army. At peace time only around one third of the Army is professional, the rest of the army is drafted in and then replaced every few years

The Navy is highly trained and is viewed as crucial in order to protect Tartessian commercial interests and Tartessos it's self. Training is brutal and only the best of the best ever make it in to the navy. The navy is completely professional only the rowers are drafted in. To have a position in the navy comes with great prestige and is considered highly honorable in Tartessian society
Military Size:10,000 men in the standing army. Many more reserves can be brought if needed
Fleet Size:50 Quinqueremes, 75 triremes, 50 biremes, 100 monoremes
National Flag:
Primary Culture: Tartessian
Accepted Cultures:Iberian, Greek, Phoenician
Primary Import(s): Timber, Silk, Marble, livestock, Pottery, Grains
Primary Export(s): Tin, Copper, Silver, Iron, Bronze, Wine, Olives, fish, wool
Trade Policy: Mostly free trade however every once in a while the government has to intervene and impose tariffs if some foreign industry becomes too successful and begins bankrupting home grown industries
Civil Freedoms:Somewhere in the middle compared to other countries of this Era. Power is mostly in the hands of rich merchant families. However single women are allowed to gain, own and inherit property and wealth but when they marry their wealth becomes shared with their husband.

Brief Description of your nation's History:The Tartessian Civilization rose on the banks the Guadalquivir river some time around the 1 millennium BCE. In OTL Tartessos would develop to become a relatively powerful trading state just be washed away by a tsunami in the early 5th century BCE and become one of the main candidates for Atlantis. However in this timeline that didn't happen so the Tartessos civilization survived and continued taking pride of it's position at the edge of the sea. Tartessos benefited greatly by colonization efforts on the Iberian coastlines by the Greeks and the Phoenicians gaining two important trading partners. These new trade routes opened Tartessos up to the Mediterranean trade leading to an economic boom. This boom lead to an increased population growth which eventually lead too a food crisis. The food crisis forced the Tartessian nation to expand into lands held by Iberian tribes in order to gain more farmland. However, these expansions would strengthen Tartessos's position as an economic power leading to another cycle of economic fortune, demographic misfortune, and military expansion. This growth has been going on for the past 700 year interrupted by only by the occasional Famine/Plague/War.
Brief Description of your nation's economy:Being one of the oldest civilizations in the Western Mediterranean Tartessos has had plenty of time to expand and improve it's economy. Being relatively rich in mineral wealth it isn't hard for Tartessos to find a buyer. Tartessos owns a large merchant navy that allows it to trade with ports all across the Mediterranean,
Brief Description of your nation's government:Tartessos is ruled by a king elected by a council made up of rich powerful merchant families
Brief Description of your nation's populace:Tartessian society is stratified and complex. Urban life is central in Tartessian culture. The elite have developed a taste for the finer, more exotic things in life leading to a wild nightlife in urban centers especially in the main city of Hispalis, which has a population of 400,000. Due to Tartessos's prosperity in trade even the poor get an occasional taste of luxury at the harvest festival hosted by the rich in the city plaza of Hispalis. The poor generally work in the fields growing wheat for consumption an Mediterranean products for a little bit of profit. Culturally Tartessos has been influenced by the Phoenicians but there is an even greater influence from the conquered Iberians. The Iberian and Tartessian cultures have become so mixed that it has become increasingly difficult to tell the difference between the two. Tartessian culture is centered around the sea which can bring both wealth through trade and misfortune through storms and floods.

In capitalism, you pretty much have a 50/50 chance of being rich or poor. In communism, it's 1/99. What makes people think they have the luck/skill to become the 1% if they can't even succeed in a 50/50 society???

I sent troops in, what that may lead to may depend on your initial response... or maybe not lol

Anyway what you can respond to is men moving into your newly-conquered lands yep.
Russia's an idiot. So is the US, and quite a few of the western sphere. Population education and literacy is your issue, not the politics of foreign nations.

You'll talk, then start your raising, while I engage initial numbers due to delays. Also you have a campaign to the south right? Thats going to cost men, and I dont think its a simple thousand headed southwards

If its ten years ago I'll have half your land already.

Sure, but expect the marked provinces to be 50% taken or temporarily conquered till you arrive.

Haha that depends on the time of your realistic response, I had 4 years of logistical and training prep to kickstart things. During that period it's normal that nations lose some land and win then back in a long counterattack.

Currently, these are my goals:

-Finish conquest of India
-Open up a western front in Persia (Iran), and conquer Persia
-Conquer Mesopotamia
-Conquer all of Turkey, and continue on into Greece and possibly even further west into Europe

Seeing as this is an enormous amount of land to maintain control of, my empire could collapse under its own weight. However, these are my plans to make it last as long as possible:

-Extend the current democratic process Corrunia has to conquered territories, and allow them to participate. They would also be protected equally under Corrunian law.
-Do not treat the native peoples like slaves, but instead grant them citizenship.
-Do not attempt to oppress the conquered peoples or try to get rid of their culture, religion, etc. They would be guaranteed freedom of religion, and we would not force them to assimilate into Corrunian culture.
-Encourage native peoples to rise up against their rulers and side with Corrunia, and promise them a much better life under our rule.
