History: With little to no government over the tribes, Viir led a militia of over 500 huntsman and conquered the city of Daas (approximately 3,000 population). Viir was reveled as a natural leader, and went on to unite over 50 tribal cities (some peacefully; others forcefully) under the Reindeer stag of Deiirland in as many years before dying of disease. Viir's loyalist partner, Yaas, was named the next High King. For the next hundred years, Deiirland cemented itself on the Danish peninsula as a permanent power. However, the previous High King Priios of Daas, was just found murdered. His successor in name was his brother Gorrii of Daas. Accusing Gorrii of murder, Varh of Sa Pol, declared himself as the true High King. Betrayal, Corruption, and Civil War rage in the ranks. With Deiirland collapse from the inside? Will the true High King emerge and conquer the other? Will The Water People in the West or the Southern Man in the South capitalize?

An Island? Madagascar is huge bruh and has lots of history. It was even united until the 1800's when King Raham I (I think that's how it's spelled) finally conquered all the other tribes.

I think you'd have more fun staying with what you've got tbh. Or not, just start as a single province-tribe in madagascar (which was still hunter gathers IIRC at this time) and then advance them but that'll take forever. There is a reason we've already denied one person madagascar before.
