OH SHIT!!!

I was gonna do some modest warmongering but now my strongest ally is at war! Forget north Africa.... death to Tartessos!

But may I ask when this invasion is taking place? If you did it before my troops left for Africa then I could simply redirect them but if you did so after then it'd take some time/resources for me to get them back. If you could just clarify the timeframe in the least meta-gamey way possible I'd be much obliged. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I was going to start the war in 70 CE but had to wait so this is really just back tracking to then which means that you'd be too late in sending help; but I could make it in the present day it'll just make less sense.

On an unrelated note; who is the pink blob very close to me in Illyria? Is it the migrated steppe people?

I was referring to Tartessos specifically but we seriously need to start dating our posts in chronological order.

The year is 71 CE for the post when i join the war, if you join in on the war it might be a pretty good idea to create a time bubble for 70-74 CE however since you would be fighting both Tartessos and Karthellia at the same time I wouldn't recomend joining

Yeah so your wall runs a single line across our currently shared border?

The possibility of defeat does not deter me from assisting my religious, economic and ethnic allies.....

Besides, I mention that Siracusia has suffered under weak leadership ever since the death of Agamemnon Ptulius who, in 71 C.E was busy waging a campaign in north Africa so I suppose one of his generals is going to have to fill the void by raising a new army of mercenaries to fight this antiquity-age "world war". I realized I will be weakened not only by my already inferior numbers but also by the fact a lot of resources are already being diluted to Agamemnon's army. Nevertheless if I've learned anything from Sun Tzu it's that war is all about strategy and tactics--to hell with your numbers!

Alright then, I'll go to war with you but my government has no interest in conquering your territory so for us at least it'll probably just be a few battles aimed at keeping you away with my navy. If anything they'll probably end up trying to sue for peace with you what with them being focused for the majority else where.

Rel, I hope you realize that all my IC posts are from my nations point of view. They hate you and are threatened, so built. Massive complex of walls and forts and trenches to defend their land.

Is this where you get the idea of me being antagonistic? Because I have no clue where that is coming from ...
