Oh, this isn't the IRL Great Wall. While it will hamper my administration past it, it's well worth it, as I'll expand south mostly unmolested, into the jungles and resource rich hills, you can expand into the steppes, and once those run out it'll be very hard to go south.

Believe me, it will not fall into disrepair like the IRL one.

We aren't invading, while that seems fine I'd just like you to know that we have converted a size able portion of the natives to our religion, which dictates they follow my leader, among other things.

100% gonna nerf the number to maybe 50-60, and yeah am basing on the Great Water Canal. Perhaps would take maybe 100 years too given the plans for this nation, including creating a breakaway of the North.

History: Upon the invasion of Rei, the Chiefs bonded together to create the United Chiefdom to protect the Raijon from being turned into mindless slaves by the heathen Rei. The Raijon, who has crossed the seas to do battle with the Filipo as well as the Melayun as part of their seasonal war sacrifices, are a battle hardened force, whose people understood loss and suffering through necessity.

Before the Rei, the peoples do trade with their similarly warlike neighbours for three seasons, as the fourth is used for war festivals. While it is a fact that the Duc Ho Lai do not wish to aggravate anyone beyond those who attack, who knows if an ambitious chieftain would look beyond his borders for once...
