I vote for a plague in your nation very very soon, 30,000,000 in 100 AD is just madness.
Actually, it's pretty historically accurate, especially because of the region my nation is in (India).
As an example, the Han Dynasty in China had a population of over 57 million in 2 AD, and the Maurya Empire in India had a population of 50-60 million in 322 BC. Also, the population of the Roman Empire in 25 BC was 56.8 million, and in 117 AD it was 80 million.

Hmm could be, i'm not exactly an expert on the whole matter, my population lies probably around 100,000 to 200,000 or so

Nation Name: The Lotheran
Population: ~500,000
National Symbols: No official flag at the moment, although this flag is typically seen hanging outside of the camps and villages of the Lotheran
Claimed Territory: Green in the Lowlands
Capital City: Varies when a new Chieftain seizes power, but the capital is typically the village of Solterdaem
Government Structure: Tribal despotism at its finest. One chieftain wields all of the power within the nation and does anything he sees best for the country. However, if any other tribal chiefs come along with pointier sticks, they become the next leader.
Government Policies: Policies are constantly changed with the rise and fall of the various chieftains. One of the more prominent and unchanging policies is the right of worship, in which the government protects the public's right to worship any deity.
Leader/s: Chieftain Christoffel II
Foreign Relations: Due to their xenophobic nature, the Lotheran leaders have not attempted to make many relations with any neighboring tribes, although it the Calaine (NPC in Calais) are the primary ally of the Lotheran's at this point.
Primary Culture: Lotheran (Similar to RL Dutch)
Accepted/Minority Cultures: Calaine and Rhinic (French and German analogues, respectively)
Description of Populace: The Lotheran are proud people, although no one knows for sure how this came to be. They are typically represented as artisans, due to their great skills when it comes to painting or shipbuilding. Despite this generally peaceful stereotype, the Lotherans are fierce on the battlefield and will rarely show mercy to an opponent.
National/Dominant Religion: Lotheran Paganism (I will get into detail about this later on in the IC and OOC. Essentially, there are four major gods that are worshiped by the Lotherans that each represent a part of either human nature or regular nature)
Minority Religion/s: Other paganisms, any dominant religion in Northern Europe (If there is one)
Military Organization: There is no actual organization for the Lotheran military. All capable men are expected to know how to wield a blade and shield, although not all of them actually see combat. And while some warriors are under the Chieftain's command, others are lead by various warlords, wishing to usurp the Chieftain and dominate the Lotherans
Army Size: ~2,000 trained soldiers in the Chieftain's army, anywhere between 2,000 and 7,000 in the various armies of Lotheran Warlords
Fleet Size: No official navy under Chieftain Christoffel. Around 30 ships between the various warlords
Economic Policy: There are no restrictions on trade set by the Chieftain, so Free Trade is the policy for the Lotherans
Economic Situation: So far, the Lotherans have a somewhat stable economic situation
Infrastructure: The Lotherans have some basic bridges and paths between important villages, but they are not well maintained. Most bridges are made from wood while the paths are just outlined dirt routes.
Primary Import/s: Wool & Fabrics, precious metals
Primary Export/s: Wheat, minerals, marine products
History: The Lotheran were a collection of warring tribes just a little more than a century ago. However, after the conquests of the Lower Lotheran Chieftain Rikard, the various tribes formed a loose coalition and united under the title of the Lotherans. However, as time went on, the conquests of Rikard seemed to have made little significant changes to the Lotheran way of life. This is mostly due to the fact that various warlords still fight within Lotheran territory, causing small civil wars. However, recently, Chieftain Christoffel II has begun to crack down on these warlords in the hopes of stability and greatness.
Miscellaneous: Just an OOC sidenote, the app is kind of crap (Especially the history and economic sections) because I'm tired and can't really think of much else to say at the moment. I will explain anything more if requested by anyone.
RP Example: I was in HoM, HoE, and... you know, a Co-Op.
