Mass Production: I can't quite say. Although I can say that Sikorsky has flown the Sikorsky X2 on 2008.
Cost of Tech IRL: Varied. Although military applications could cost between 16 million (price of one Ka-50 helicopter) and 35.5 million (AH-64E).
Basically, X2 technology involves compound helicopters with coaxial rotors that are more maneuverable than conventional helicopters. Also shiny helicopters.

Denied. This would likely only be a Special Forces thing; So it can't be Mass Produced. Please fix.

Are you sure about that robot part, Ghondra? He did say they were terminator+irobot-esque whereas the most robots IRL look like this, without any practical use for military and obviously not for mass production (unless if they were assembly line machines for manufacturing cars and etc). It'd be a long, long time before we get advanced enough (probably late PMT) before we get terminators and whatnot.

Oh silly you look at Japan's robots they are military ready and are very expensive

If so, could you provide an example? Even if there was one, they don't operate like terminators.
they dont operate like them at all im saying i robot like mainly as thats as advanced as we get and terminator as thats what im making them look

Still, modern robots can't operate similarly to how those in irobot. It's quite obvious, as even Japanese robots don't have the same mobility as those in the movie. We can probably reach that advanced in Mid/Late PMT.
In essence, your idea of robots in this era of war are more of an awesome, but impractical idea. They're quite awesome, yes. But in turn, you waste money on unproven technology that can get easily destroyed by tanks, attack helicopters, and even foot infantry.
