Ugh, I just realized the inclusion of Kolterung has made part of my IC post ambiguous. I'll have to move UFENORTHCOM and i'll have to negotiate with Kolterung regarding the pipeline to Taehan/Prussenija. I went by Cym's expansion map so I thought Prussenija was getting the east coast as well.

Soviet Chernarus, seeing as you appear to be authoritarian, it might be more beneficial to join the Rothenburg Pact (UFE). I hope you realize AEGIS is in complete opposition to UFE principals and you're actually stuck in between three UFE member states, including one superpower who has made expansion a clear goal. AEGIS does not really have any power projection in Evora and as a result you'd be in a perilous situation.

I know Helvetia would be alarmed having it's other neighbour join an opposing alliance. If it's ok with Neo/GKE, I'd like to extend you invitation to the UFE, however I can't do it IC yet because i'm writing a term paper right now. I will try and write something later tonight or tomorrow at the latest. Just don't join AEGIS or it's gonna be a huge problem

Well, despite lack of IC, i'm going to say Persica would have little if any power projection in Evora, just as UFE would have little to no power projection onto the central continent. 3/4 PC countries in Evora are UFE members, and the one that is not a member is small.

I'm telling you right now, and this is from a Helvetian point of view, which would be more reserved than the Prussenija point of view; if Kolterung joined AEGIS and Persica or any other AEGIS member began moving military assets into Kolterung it would be viewed as an act of aggression by Helvetia and we would sink any ship going in or out of the country. We're already dealing with a shaky ceasefire on our east, we can't have an unfriendly alliance setting up shop to our west and cutting us off from Prussenija.

I'm just trying to save some trouble for Koterung, because I know it's inevitably going to lead to an armed conflict if they join AEGIS and the odds of it surviving are not good at all. Canada may as well apply for membership in the Soviet Union

If Helvetia was in your position, we'd be attending both meetings as well. Keeping your options open is always good, and it can only earn you goodwill with Persica, even if you end up in an opposing alliance.

Just to clarify, what is your government like? Your app says the legislature is a Parliament, but you have your Emperor deciding things which leads me to believe you're authoritarian. You definitely appear nationalist, which is the basis of the UFE.

The Parliament basically acts like a cockblock so the Emperor can't do whatever he feels like, but he still has a lot of power. They deal with trivial matters and pass legislation and laws, of course, with the Emperor's consent. It's pretty complicated, though, so I won't delve much into it
