ISIS (Imperial Secret Intelligence Services) will probably confirm that the equipment was made in Ghondra, they'll probably figure out that it was definitely not us. But they would not know it was the Intelligentia Militarum that did it, but they'll probably track some black market sales of Ghondran equipment to Persica, and that'll be a dead end. Either way it's gonna look like MH17. And any competent Intelligence Agency will conclude that it was Ghondran Equipment that shot down the plane, but since supplying Biorchi terrorists would be rather counter-productive because of the ALLIANCE between Ghondra and Jordslag, they'll know it wasn't us. Any one opposes my logic?

I oppose your logic thus: Yes, Jordslag-Valim will be pissed. And ISIS (wow, what an unfortunate acronym!) can confirm the equipment was made in Ghondra. Both Ghondra and the Biorchan militants will claim they weren't involved, but there's more than enough "evidence" and media group-think that Jordslag-Valim can't know for sure what the truth is, and that it's entirely possible it was Biorchans supplied by Ghondrans. At the very least, Ghondran black market weapons made their way into some very wrong hands. Or maybe Ghondra wants to muddy the waters and cast aspersions on Persica?

And while Ghondra can claim they have no incentive to piss off J-V, which is true, they can't deny that a Ghondran missile ended up in terrorist hands and killed Valimi citizens. Something the J-V government will have to consider carefully when deciding which alliance to join.

Regardless...some fun to be had by all.

Should create an International Crisis in Western Athartha. I certainly hope the Royal Persican Army don't have any units there, MUAHAHAHAHA!

Except you know for a fact there are Royal Persican Army peacekeeping units there. It's public knowledge. Athartha is a mess but they're still sovereign. I think having some peacekeepers is reasonable, but landing a division of troops into Athartha without being invited is undisguised invasion.

EDIT: I further think that rolling your navy blithely into Athartha's sovereign waters would be a blatant act of aggression. Flexing nuts or not, Athartha's warships aren't just going to let a foreign navy come barging in.

Sovereign so long as any government there claims it. And a foreign fleet landing a division of troops uninvited is never the least of any nation's problems. It's naked aggression and far too overt; Ghondra is openly challenging Atharthan sovereignty and daring other nations to step up and defend against it. Not something Ghondra is known for, if I preceive them correctly. Ghondra is more reasoned and lawful than that.
