We stopped him before he could do anything else, but he is still out there. Likely watching us. Free will is to be taken from the beings who don't deserve it. Those who use their power to harm and destroy rather than to fix. Play your cards right, and maybe you can be spared as well. You would make a fine replacement for the imbecile that was in your place."

Meanwhile, in a town somewhere in Western America in the 1850s

Pyro didn't know how he appeared in this old town, but boy was he happy to be there. He wanted to spread joy to them all.
He got to give a few of the sheriffs some lollipops. His rainbow gun was spewing rainbows galore, bringing happiness to everyone. Pyro pranced along after that, blowing bubbles in an outlaw's face. Then, Pyro continued to prance along, spreading happiness throughout the town. He saw the wooden jail building, and locked the building up tight. Then, he sprayed it with rainbows to bring happiness to the prisoners. Pyro pranced away after this, unbeknownst to him a wake of chaos, death and fire were following him. Explosions engulfed people in flames. One of the last remaining sheriffs tried to ask Pyro for help, which Pyro was very happy to give him using his rainbow spewer.

Giratina laughed and used the multi elemental beams on Goku, multiple times and multiple places so goku couldn't dodge, even if he instant transmissioned.
