Mostly because I don't' know how to calculate it. DBZ power levels are fairly linear. Easy enough for Kilian or Baxter. But Mercer is quite different than them as his power vary significantly.

Because Mercer is not alive. He cannot be scanned, like the Androids.

Also, for your character to be above Frieza, he needs to be at least Planet Level. The power levels only count maximum destructive capactity.

Gokus power level right now is 100,000,000 , still weaker than full power Freiza in base, but has a power level of 5,000,000,000 as a super Saiyan, 10,000,000,000 as a super Saiyan 2 and 40,000,000,000 as a super Saiyan 3

I dunno, and I'd put Goku at a little below Discord as a Super Saiyan 2 Is that good? Because 3 strains him and he can only hold it for 5 minutes. And while super Saiyan 4 is 10x as strong as 3, it has no strain, and I have no moon to transform under.

Whatcha all think Super Saiyan God would be?
