Finland, i'm working right now, doing an assigment in school and i don't have Study Skills today, so i won't be able to reply in time before you go offline, we'll probably have more luck replying to each other tomorrow, but as of now, my time is being severely stretched thin, i'm already participating in another Rp, working on this Rp here, and all the while, i have to fit School into the equation of my work ethnic.

Gender: They have a preferred male and female form.
Age: A vague few centuries.
Appearance: While Seer’s form is not binded to one state, the being has two preferred forms that it takes on when it isn’t manipulating or “playing.” They are both human in appearance. One is male, the other is female.

Form 1: A lithe creature standing at approximately five and a half feet in height. It has black hair which appears spiky, but still falls downward, rather than sticking up. It reaches the shoulders. The irises are a bright, thoroughly green colour that are accompanied by fair skin and an ever-present smirk. It is female.

Form 2: Identical in height to the female form, the primary differences are apparent in the shape of the face and hair. It has an angular face that is ghostly pale. The hair is still black, but is tied back into a short ponytail instead of being spiked and allowed to fall to the shoulders. The irises are a grey colour. The build is less lithe and more lean.

Clothing: Either a unisex business suit, or a rain coat which is accompanied by combat boots, jeans, and a simple black shirt with short sleeves.

Species: Some extra-dimensional being that appears to be one of a kind.

Backstory: There was an empire that dominated a galaxy of scattered red giants and many, many black holes. Their universe was in a state of decay. Planets and stars were few in number, all thanks to the steady passage of time. The dominators of their galaxy organized a plan to put six of their most valuable solar systems out of sync with the the rest of the universe so that they might be preserved until new territory was found. The project was overseen by a god-king of admirable power who would give his body to kick-start the arcane machines that made it all possible. Unfortunately, the events that destroyed boundaries between universes also destroyed and hope that their plan would work. Pocket dimensions linked by gateways would no longer be isolated, and that was the plan all along. Then, in a brilliant battle that lasted mere hours, the god-king was killed by beings from another reality, many solar systems were obliterated, supernovas occurred, and all was shattered. One of the leading scientists of the crumbling civilization saw the chaos as opportunity. He used the machines they had built to save their people for his own purposes. The being harnessed the power of all that was dying, including the god-king, and elevated himself to a new position of power. His body was destroyed in the process, but that was of little consequence. The scientist modified his arcane engines even further in order to continue feeding off of the destruction. A body was no longer necessary. Seer did not even notice that his universe was totally barren until the machines stopped giving him sustenance. It was then that he escaped into the multiverse.

Powers and Abilities:

Formless: Seer has learned how to force himself into a physical body, but is confined to humans and extremely similar forms.
Leech: Her method of becoming a minor deity has had a heavy influence on his “aura.” Fortunately, the effect isn’t constant. Seer has to make a conscious effort to leech life from other beings.
Unnatural Charm: Seer devoted his existence to manipulation and deception. The art of subterfuge has become so second nature that it is represented in his set of powers. Unlike leeching off others, the charm is ever-present.
Exeunt, Seer: Even Seer’s lies can be seen through. As a direct result, she has learned to disappear quickly. He can teleport short distances and, upon discarding physical form, move at speeds that put many to shame.
Long-lived: While not truly immortal, Seer is scheduled to live for several millennia so long as nobody ends his life prematurely. On top of that, she can extend her life to dramatically longer lengths through stealing life from great numbers of people.

Weaknesses:

Limitations: Seer cannot leech energy from beings more powerful than him.
Murder: Killing Seer is an extensive process. It takes as much effort as killing several billion people would, that being how many people he has stolen life from. Example: A bullet to the head will disable him temporarily. Tearing her apart will result in the need to retreat, heal, and then emerge some time later. Great damage to the entirety of his being is always better than precise damage to a single area.
PTSD: Seer makes a point to avoid all discussion of how she acquired her power, where she came from, and what species she is. Prying often leads to flashbacks and extremely aggressive behavior, as well as very subtle guilt.

Destructive Capacity: .005 tons. Small building level.

Speed: When in a corporeal form: 32 m/s. When in a more ethereal form: 150m/s.

Durability: When in corporeal form: Small building. When in ethereal form: City block level.

Lifting Strength: Only applies to corporeal form: 500 kg

Striking Strength: Only applies to corporeal form: KJ class. Walls, trees, some vehicles.

Stamina: No need for food or water, and no need for sleep. That said, Seer still tires after extensive conflict. He can go for something like half a day before growing too tired to continue.

Standard Equipment: On her person is a pocketwatch of extraterrestrial origin that is still in sync with the days of a long-gone planet. It is rarely in sight of anyone, including Seer. The only other item is a gauntlet that allows manipulation and creation of hard light. The scale of it is too small for anything larger than, say, a 70 centimeter sword.

Intelligence: Surpassed by few. Great enough to justify some narcissism.

Notable Techniques: Seer isn’t much for combat, but his favoured weapon is a double-edged, straight blade that is approximately 70 centimeters in length, starts broad and becomes drastically narrower at the last ten centimeters, has a hilt which favours both one-handed and two-handed styles, and has a guard which gives extensive protection to the hands. It is formed from hard light.

Hi, this may seam like a weird post but I've been gone from Rp'ing for, let's just say long enough to get a bit rusty. I emember this RP or predecessors somewhat and felt like ti would be fun to join this one or one like this one. On the other half as I see the IC is at 97 posts, just randomly jumping in seems difficult as I can't really study up on 97 pages worth of story + backgroundstory scattered in 129 pages of OOC.

In reality there isn't much to know. It's not really one big story, its more of a handful of smaller stories. Go for it man! Magic users are quite minimal in this RP.

Backstory: Short Bio: Eleanor was born in medieval times in the region that would end up being called France, she was born a commoner and a common life was what she would have lead. That was until the age of 19 when playing on a frozen lake she fell through the ice and an icy death awaited her. Unknown even to herself as to how she woke up at the edge of the lake, seemingly perfectly healthy with only one memory of what happened when she was in the water. A memory that felt more like a dream, a blue light with an echoing voice, the words to blurred to understand and the light to strong to see what caused it.

Apparently she had magic locked inside of her that forcefully got activated when she nearly froze to death in the lake and took on the form of ice magic. Unable to control it Eleanor started feeling cold all the time and everything around her was beginning to freeze. As she grew older this feeling only grew stronger, she simply could not control her powers regardless of how much she tried.

Finally at the age of 23 her own powers froze herself to death, but instead of collapsing she simply kept moving. As her eyes died she lost her sight but gained new sight through magic, seeing the magic around her making everything look indescribable to those who have never seen the magic currents that inhabits the world. Her blood froze in her own veins allowing her frost based magic to use it as a conduit keeping her mobile. Her nerves shattered causing her to stop feeling the cold she always felt, but she also lost any other sense of feeling, when she touches something she knows how hard she's holding it by the flow of magic that slightly changes but she can not feel. As her muscle tissue broke down the dead flesh became a perfect container for magic energy causing her to constantly drain the magic around her like a sponge takes in the water around itself. As her brain stopped working she became unable to forget as her memories became magically anchored inside of her. And finally as her heart stopped beating and even her soul froze over she became a cold person both physically as mentally, her emotions vanished her worries stopped and all that was left were her desires. The strongest desire being the one to feel again as she felt like a prisoner in her own rotting flesh.

Powers and Abilities: Cold/Ice Magic: She can create and control ice and manipulate temperatures to drop significantly, even to the absolute zero (she however rarely does this as at absolute zero not even her own magic can keep her moving and she remains stuck until thawed enough to move again and as she already feels trapped in her own body this would feel like a prison within a prison to her). As this is magic based ice regular fire or heat does not melt it as long as magic channels through it.
Magic Sight: as she has no working eyes any more but rather 2 frozen eyeballs she sees by sensing the magic around her allowing every part of her body to see and giving her sight off everything around her up to a distance of how far a regular human would be able to see and further if she focuses on a specific place.
Undead Physiology: any physical damage to her will mean little as every part of her body is already dead, in essence she is a magic entity stuck in a corpse. Removed body parts will move on their own and continue fighting, and cutting off her head won't even stop her body from seeing as her sight has been replaced with magical sight centuries ago. When channeling magic between severed body parts they will magnetically come back together and reattach themselves.
Immortal: Even if you drain her completely off her magic, cut her in thousands of pieces and chain them in a magical fire. If somehow the pieces got released and re-energized with magic she will start to regenerate again, naturally her magic drained corpse would be in a deathlike state as long as it lacks magic.
Disease/Poison Immunity + Environmental adaptation: She can "survive" in every environment even underwater, in space, ... as she doesn't need to actually survive anymore, so naturally she is also immune to poisons and diseases.
Passive Cold Emission: She permanently emits cold from her own body to temperatures off 0°C from 10 meters/ 32 feet from herself, -20°C from 5 meters/ 16 feet from herself, and if you'd be hugging her you'd be putting your body to a -100°C refrigerator.

Weaknesses: Magical fire, or non-magical fire of extreme proportions once her body is drained of enough magic.
Wile her body parts if severed can continue to fight on their own, each part is only as powerful as the magic it contains, so she does get weakened if she loses body parts and will avoid taking even physical hits if possible because of this.
Electricity / healing magic: Electricity which can force a heart to beat and healing magic which would attempt to heal her undead body would literally force the magic energy she contains out of her body weakening her constantly.
Magic Addiction: Her body automatically absorbs the magic around herself but starve her and she can go in to a frenzy to get it as it is what keeps her going, depriving her off magic would be like depriving a vampire off blood.
Passive Cold Emission: her own cold emission is slowing herself down, not by much but enough that she'll never excel in speed.
Destructive Capacity: As she has been gaining more and more magical power if she exerts herself she can reach: Island Level - (4.3 gigatons) - The equivalent of destroying Mount Everest.

Speed: Her speed is actually just mid level human, she is extremely strong but slow.

Durability: This is hard to say, for example a car could fall on her and would crush her but her body would just reform and move on so not very durable but she doesn't have to be if that makes sense. Using a magic shield she can withstand as much as she can dish out so that would be Island Level again.

Lifting Strength: Using her own strength she is Subhuman 20Kg. Using her magic she would fit in Class 5 (1,000 - 5000 kg): capable of lifting cars, small trucks, smashing concrete walls etc

Striking Strength: Again, using her own force that would be below human level so not worth mentioning.

Stamina: She keeps going as long as her magic supply is intact and as she constantly drains all the magic from her surroundings this is something that can keep going a wile.

Standard Equipment: Her clothing nothing more.

Intelligence: Standard human, she'll understand how something works if you explain it to her but she'll not even attempt to learn quantum mechanics or stuff like that ^^.

Notable Techniques: Her preferred way of fighting is shredding techniques, ice shards hurled at the enemy, a storm of icy blades cutting everything around them, and her absolute zero technique which kills and destroys everything around her or at the least forces everything around her to stop moving entirely as every molecule, including her own, stop moving entirely for a set period of time.
