Mercer is now less of a threat but is still probably one of the largest threats to End. Since he can now feel pain and is vulnerable to psionics. Along with a moderate decrease in strength and speed since he's no longer using the Omega force. Mercer is still a very powerful psionic and has used them very well in combat.

The Agony Matrix also works on him... Hard to fight when every pain receptor in your body is set to "overload" and since he has a healing factor...
