Giovenith had been feeling extremely lost in all the chaos that had been going on, with the insistence on 2014, the pies, the Chaos god, the clones, the dinosaurs. Something that did ring out though was the calling of her name, by another voice that rang a bell, and yet, wasn't totally recognized.

"Huh?" The godling wandered toward it, finding three people. One was a young girl, one a mysterious man, and the other what seemed to be a teenage cyborg boy, only the two males seemed familiar. Maybe Torii had something, she did feel like she was forgetting an awful lot. Maybe THIS was what happened to the fog, it became amnesia rather than artificial insanity. Although the older guy seemed kind of scary, Giovenith found she didn't feel all that threatened, that she could walk right up to him. The cyborg boy was ugly. And yet... something stirred in her tummy. Huh. "Who needs help?" she said, walking over to them.

"Hmm?", Torii turned in surprise. "Marcus!", She squealed. She bolted from the table and pulled the boy into a hug, despite having bits of pie on her. "Sure, but we're discussing an important issue right now. Marcus, have you noticed a disturbance in time? Mr. Eldritch is on to something, and I've been trying to get Gio to remember. Also, who's this girl? Is that other person Luxan? I remember them."

"Giovenith! Oh, I'm glad to see you," Marcus grinned. "The girl was wandering around. She speaks a strange language and my processors aren't connecting to anything... I can't translate it. I found her-"

"OOF!" Marcus found himself in a tight hug. It sorta made him feel melty and warm. His ears reddened. "H-hey Torii. Yeah, tell me about it. There's all sorts of weird shit going on. And oh." He grew quiet as he observed the others in the room. "Um, how is Swith alive? Giovenith, did you bring her back?"

Then, she deliberately and obviously looked first at her hand, then at Marcus', before reaching out and planting hers firmly in his. The girl had been raised to be diplomatic, after all, and unexpected circumstances were anything but an excuse to forget that training. Furthermore, mechanical appendages didn't seem, at first glance, too strange to someone who knew of plate armor.

Quietly, the girl permitted herself to be led, mind awhirl with the strangeness of it all, trying to shake the feeling of being impossibly far from home.

((If Marcus understands Middle English or something similar, he might stand a chance of deciphering Rmmwtyliin's speech; it's complicated by her being quite bad at speaking it, and by her accent. She's saying, "Ability you me tell where here is?"))

"Here is? Are you asking where we are?" It was a shot in the dark. Marcus didn't know if Aegis had interpretation tech on him so he was left with just guesses. "I don't know where we are. We aren't where we should be."

He continued down the hall towards the voices until he arrived at the kitchen. Now Aegis and the little girl would be united with almost everyone, hopefully.

"Giovenith! Torsi!" he called to his friends. "Hey, can you guys come help me with this girl?"

Aegis entered hesitantly after all of them. He was caution and skeptical about all of this, it was like a bad dream and the first thing that popped into his mind was that he was still trapped in the insane DEiMOS. That this was some grand trick of the King that was building up to sanity shattering reveal that would plunge him deeper into madness and mental anguish. The mere thought of this causes the metallic mask to tighten until it cut into his throat and he stopped and began gasping and wheezing trying to calm down.

It was slow but eventually he was able to focus on the rest of the group and he nodded slowly at each of them wondering if they were real.

Reginald finished his waffles he then heard a voice in his head. It was Merlin and he was pissed. He said to reginald In angry voice," Knave how thou not obey what i advise"! Reginald said," Wait my memory is pretty foggy who are you again chap inside my brain"? The voice sounding even more angry said," Just for that i an going to fill your head with a song so catchy and so repetitive that you will be begging for it to stop. Lets see here looking at the music in this time Aha found it Prepare for The Lion sleeps tonight". Reginald then started to hear the song playing in his head at first he did not mind but after the fourth time it looped he had enough. He stood up and shouted," Merlin end this pain the words are being seared into my brain"! Merlin just said," Pity, i am just going to leave it playing in your brain for about an hour". Reginald then scremed and shouted," it is in my head AhhH"!

Kale was busy wiping off more pie on her. She was really getting tired of it. The stickiness of the filling felt uncomfortable. But she noticed Torri dashed off from under the table to.... Marcus? Marcus!!!

Kale, like Torii, glommed the familiar boy, getting her pie outer coating on him with the embrace. "Oh god it's so good to see you! Everything is so crazy and... Want, what do you mean by 'Swith being alive'?" she said. She turned her head to Swith, confused.

Sitting down to his plate of waffles, and trying to keep up the idea that everything was alright, Bran tried to push out the new memories, brushing them aside. Thoughts flooded him though, like a wave of time washing over him. He remembered his nightmare clear as day, he remembered how Swith stopped them, but . . . How could he have had his nightmare then?

The boy grabbed onto his head, sighing as he looked downwards at himself, inadvertently missing a Pie aimed straight for him.

"K-Kale? Torii? I-I think I . . . I remember."

"Back?" Giovenith bit her lip at the boy's question, wrapping her arms around herself uncomfortably. Why is it everyone seemed to know so much more about her own life than her? It was getting frustrating, and actually a little scary. "What are you talking about?" she demanded, in a kind of meek miff. The goding was so confused, she was suspicious. "Are you all just trying to mess with me?" She didn't want the people in this new building to be playing mean jokes on her.

Torii whispered into Marcus's ear. "It's 2012. I don't know how, but we've been sent back, and not everyone remembers the last two years. Swith hasn't died yet."

Torii broke off and laid a hand on Gio's shoulder. "We're not playing. Gio, you probably don't remember. I only remember by a miracle. Marcus and Kale have reasons to remember. Just trust us.", She said.

"I . . . I sort of remember." Bran sighed, still clutching his head as he was racked with an intense headache. "Fuck, I-I remember. I woke up this morning thinking I was back to my old self. I-I had a nightmare last night that I haven't had in years, of a war." He nodded, looking back up, over at Torii. "I remember getting you that bike for your birthday, I remember Swith dying, I remember Kale."

"I don't want anyone to play tricks on me..." Giovenith half-whimpered to Torii, pushing stray strands of hair behind her ears. Despite her de ja vu, her relative meekness aroused from not fully feeling like she'd come to know this place. She believed it was only a few days ago that Bones had found and brought her here. "I don't know what's going on, at all. It's too confusing. Please don't lie to me."

Swith's capricious nature had completely drained away to reveal her grim side. She didn't like being kept in the dark, and she couldn't help but feel that fate or time or something were playing a joke.

"We need to question the soul inside of your body," she said to Mon, "the visiting one. And we need to question them to see if they have surplus souls or if they're perhaps somehow super-imprinted on themselves. If that makes sense. Maybe none of them belong here? Maybe they're all hallucinating?"

A small part of her was starting to feel selfish, though. A small part knew that things weren't right, but knew that going back meant breaking closeness. Going back meant burdens and separation. Going back meant outgrowth. She felt in the very marrow of her bones (metaphorically, because she technically didn't have bones) that going back meant losing NVE to other things, and losing Bran. It somehow meant losing Bones. She couldn't explain this, either, but she didn't want to return. Sure, she'd help them return, if they wanted it. Maybe NVE didn't? She ransacked her mind, wondering if going back meant she'd be taken from them, but she couldn't recall anything about her actual family. Just a heartbeat, just the hickory.

"2012?" Marcus mouthed the numbers as Torii moved off. No way. Just... no way.

"Giovenith, you're my best friend," Marcus was horrified that she would even think he'd play tricks on her. "We've been through hell and back, with the bullies and the carnival, and the teen club. You don't mess with the people you love, not if you really love them. I'm telling you, we don't belong here. Miss Swith is dead in our correct time. I don't know who she's talking to, but I know you and Torii and Kale and Bran and Aegis and NVE. I think I've seen some of the others around."

He growled in frustration. If only they had landed in their own Building. He'd show her the teen club. Marcus found himself grasping at straws that weren't even on the table yet. Maybe the Giovenith in front of him belonged here? That didn't seem right to him. "I... I haven't been brought here yet, have I? Is Naomi here? I'm Naomi's step-son. I'm Marcus only I'm grown now."

"Best friend?" Giovenith shrunk down a bit, looking down and all around her. When it was only Torii talking like this, it was easier to dismiss, but now with so many people running around and saying all these things about lost two years, dead gods, fights, and kids. This was beyond anything she'd ever been taught about, it wasn't anywhere in her noggin.

But her gut.

Something said to trust what was being said.

"Can you tell me something only I would have told a best friend?" she tested.

A shape rose off the floor, lazily at first but composure soon returned to it as its physical features came to proper humanoid shape and form. Wiry objects slithered down to its pale, nearly-human feet, snaking across the floor a short distance. These machine serpents traced back to a head, almost human, but not quite. Pale yellow eyes stared out at the world before them, the face they rested upon apathetic to its surroundings. It was a pretty face, despite its inhuman qualities, but this was a shell. Inside existed something truly hideous.

Movement suddenly, as the machine crossed the lobby and began down the hall, coming finally upon a kitchen area. Why it had arrived here of all places, it could not truly say. However, here it was, and there they were. Who they were it did not know, but there were subtle feelings; familiarity, intrigue, contempt. These were not of the matter, they were enemies, of its own self, and to those it served. This was a decision that had been made a long time ago, and never had such feelings occurred to it.

What was the matter here then? Well, now it did. It felt something, it felt these creatures were something more, and yet, they shouldn't be. This was a problem, something it would fix.

Bones, standing on the rooftop, staring off into the sky, let out a deep sigh, as if slightly disappointed. He shook his head, them resumed gazing off into whatever it was he saw up there in the sky. Perhaps he was contemplating something deep and meaningful. Or maybe that one cloud just looked like a bunny.

There were so many things to choose from. The quiet things talked about at the beach campfire. The fears and doubts in the cave. Marcus could have gone on about them but his mind reflected back to his last memory with Giovenith. "Okay," he all but whispered.

"I guess I could tell you stuff about your mother, and about being sent here, and then about the other things tied to it, but any old god could probably pull those stories out of their ass, right? So, um, well. We were at Torii's birthday party. It's Oktoberfest back home. Klaus made a comment about love, about loving people and recognizing what love was. You told me that you never thought you'd be with anybody. You thought you'd just live alone in a pocket dimension, designing nebulae for your mother. That you thought you'd be happy being apart from all this, and watching us like we were something on the other side of the glass. You'd always imagined it that way because, well, you don't have a father. You didn't have anyone serving an example, you said. You were afraid to go into the water because you thought you'd drown. And you were holding this ribbon and twisting it around your fingers and I felt in my heart that you were feeling so lost in all this."

Dejected, his shoulders sunk and he drew a shuddering breath. "I don't think I'm strong enough to do this alone. We're a team. We figure shit out together. You taught me to be human again, and maybe I helped you want to live on the other side of the glass? Maybe. We can spend weeks apart and I know we're tight. I know we'll reconnect on that spiritual level. I can't bear the thought of you hurt, or sad. I'm not tricking you, Giovenith. You're not something that I stick on a pedestal and mutter fake prayers to. You're my friend and I love you. You make paper come alive, and you make clocks that run from magical potatoes, you bring us all joy."

Marcus stuck his hands in his pockets and kicked at imaginary debris on the floor. He couldn't make her mind work. He could only hope she remembered.

"Weird day, isn't it?" The British accent was unmistakable as was the graceful form of the cultist leader. She sat near an air conditioning unit, dressed in black leather and with her flaming red hair pulled tightly back, her arms wrapped around her drawn up knees. "Weird day, Mr. Bones. By the way, it's an honor to finally meet you. I'm Minerva Blackwater. Charumati's Slaaneshi cultist leader."

She hadn't raised her head or looked at him, nor made any movement that might be considered threatening. He'd actually caught her off guard. Perhaps he hadn't spotted Klaus yet? Was Klaus even still there?

NVE took a breath and then made another temporal chocolate milk. "There is no need for any more nervous breakdowns. Why is this a bad thing? We just need to remain calm and trust in science. I still have a time machine right? I can pop into the future-present and see what is happening." he said calmly. A nervous little voice whispered into the PA system. "Umm.... Looking around the lab... We only have one... and there are parts of an airplane sticking out of it. A Lockheed Electra by the looks of the parts popping out of it." Fortu said.

"Okay, no time machine, I didn't fix that yet... but that specific crash happened in the future. Wouldn't cause this, but still out of commission." NVE said and pulled the LaserSpannerTM from his jacket and scanned the local dimensions looking at the texture of the fabric of time and space.

The LaserSpannerTM would indicate that this writer didn't know, thus it would take some time to analyze properly. However, this writer didn't want to leave the raptor hanging. The initial data revealed that things weren't right at all. It was as if this time line had branched from the main at one point, and then either progressed slowly or hardly at all. They had somehow jumped or been pushed or been dumped here, but things were very inconclusive.

"Mrs. Klaus?" Now Minerva's interest was piqued. She lifted her head to gaze at the brooding clouds above her. Her reply was seemed tinged with fatigue. "Klaus and I have been mortal enemies for years. Khorn and Slaanesh don't get on well. There is little love between us unless perhaps he's hiding it from me? I'd sooner castrate him, and he's well aware of that."

A pause, and then, "Where is Bielefeld?"

The mixture of facts that Giovenith knew about her life and thoughts, as well the sincerity being shown, convinced her. These people's problems were real, and she needed to help.

"I believe you," she said finally, smiling. "I don't remember much, this is all very strange, but I believe it. If you're right, then this is probably part of whatever is going on, and I will help. I am right here... my friend."

The words the boy said were so intense, that Giovenith felt guilty for somehow not remembering whatever had happened between the two of them to make a connection so deep. Back in her country, she'd never been that close with anyone outside her family in the way that the boy described. No, something had happened to her... she HAD forgotten a lot, and she had to find out a way to remember.

She almost wondered. Were they...?

"So, it's supposed to be 2014?" the godling asked, looking around. "What could have caused things to be the way they are now?"

Bones slowly turned about to look at Minerva.

"I said Bielfeld. Why did you say Bielefeld?"
