President Hodgehen looked out the largest window of the Executive manor, and admired the capitol city of the Commonwealth. All across the city, new Skycrapers, Factories, and drydocks and docks were being built across the city. Hodgehen, being a known Expansionist , had just gotten an idea that would benefit the N.A.C. Hodgehen sat down at his desk, and began to write a letter to the leader of Goral.

To: The leader of Goral
Dear sir or Madam, I am William Hodgehen, President of your smaller Eastern neighbor, the New American commonwealth. On behalf of my nation, I would like to formally purchase all the land The United States of America had, in 1846. In return for giving all this land to the New American commonwealth will give you, 25 million Golden Eagles (my currency), 3 tanks from the N.A.C Military, 1 battle cruiser, agree to a trade agreement, and a non-aggression pact between out nations.

President Isabella Martinez paced around her office, noting the picture of the leader before her. The man was able to unite much of the Caribbean under the Federation, and now she had to live up to his reputation somehow. Which is no easy task, President Alfred Dock was a very popular leader until he died and the people loved him. If she was going to even attempt to live up to his image, she'd have to also expand the nation. She moved to her desk and filed an official order to take the Bahamas and the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico and place them under Federation mandate.

One other thing that her predecessor was known for was his isolationist policies, which she felt needed to be overturned if the Caribbean Federation was to make it in the modern world. She made note of some nations to the North of the Caribbean. The New American Commonwealth, so she put pen to paper as she wrote an individual letter to the nation's leader.

Dear President Hodgehen of the New American Commonwealth,

As I'm sure you're aware of the isolationist policies of the United Federation of the Caribbean, I would also like to inform you that I seek to overturn these and work towards forming a strong bond with the nations around us. You have peaked our interest more than enough that we have decided to look at you to help us as we enter the world stage. We're hoping that you're interested in an alliance of sorts, and we're prepared to offer you the Bahamas.

President Johnathon Marement sat at his desk filing paperwork for the Caribbean Federation to have a free hand over eastern Mexico. Until his Postal Adviser gave him a letter from the N.A.C. After reading the letter he immediately worked on a new letter it stated...

Dear Mr. Hodgehen

I am sorry. We cannot give you control of Most of the former U.S. However, I will give you free reign to use my ports and air bases and barracks. Plus the addition of some reign over South America. I will accept the chance to have a Non-Aggression pact. As you know I am in a brutal war and I need all the factories I can get.

Then President Marement just sat there as he waited for President Hodgehen to get the letter.

The president looked out the window, looking at the big but old city of Stockholm. He had remembered how Scandinavia has only been united 20 years ago. Times have changed with this great nation reaching all the way to North America. He turned back to his desk with files of battle reports, generals retiring and so on. He had come under great pressure when Goral and Russia declared war. He needed an ally or a friend to help him in his war. He remembered a quote of the man who united Scandinavia, "Skaffa vänner inte fiender" "Make friends not enemies" He turned to a piece of paper and started writing a letter:

Dear Great Leader of The Great nation of the Caribbean Federation,

As the leader of my nation I hope we can make a strong bond between us, and have a wonderful friendship between our nations. As a sign of friendliness could we establish an embassy? Or a Non-Aggression Pact?

"Do you have intel on the enemy military concentration?" Putin said "Yes, here it is" The Commander replies ."Send them, we can definetely annihilate Hunsha" said Putin. "Yes, Sir"
The Commander then stepped out of the Office, he then called his generals, and said "H minus 3 hours" and then he shutted his phone.

I think it is time to upgrade our military equipment, our scientists and engineers has designed a all-in-one package for our modern military needs, it is called the "7th Generation AIO Package". It has the all new unmanned military system like tanks, planes, and subs. On the Infantry side, it have the all new AK-30 with homing bullets and a lockdown sights, and also a semi-invisible suit, and many more. This package is currently under develpment, and you are invited to join this development with little bit of fee, in return you will get those 200 each of those equipment.

Hodgehen was in his office like always, doing the Presidential routine, when an aide walked into his office, holding a letter, which he could see the Goral shield on it, he hoped that his proposal was accepted. The aide placed the letter on his desk, and left the Executive Office, probably to deliver letters to the First lady, or some where else in the Capitol City. Hodgehen picked up the letter, and read it. His positive face went away, and he did a facepalm. He quickly recovered, and had an idea to write back, for a smaller plot of land.

To: The leader of Goral
Well, that is quite sad news, but, I hope I could convince you to sell everything East of the Mississippi River, for the same price.

Time was running out, quick. Finland is occupied, half of Greenland is too, and bombing have been on major cities in Scandinavia. The president threw all is papers on the floor, and he locked his door. He started writing:

Dear leaders of Goral and Russia,
It has come to my attention that you have occupied both Finland and Greenland and are starting to get ready to invade Scandinavia, I propose a peace treaty:

Russia gets all of Finland, and half of the coast Hunsha has on mainland Europe, Goral gets all of Greenland and the three islands north of Norway. Hunsha also pays you 10 million dollars in war reparations EACH. And in return all three nations have pease.

President Marement was on his War plans board, trying to find a way to blockade Hunsha just as his postal adviser came in, he looked up."Letter from Hunsha"said the adviser."Thank you" said Marement. After reading, he started on a new letter it stated...

Dear President of Hunsha,
I accept the peace treaty. From now on we are friends,not enemies. I will send you 2 million dollars to repair your country. You may use bases in Greenland and Svalbard.

Putin was in his office, when his aide knocked his door. "Oy, easy with the door, it was expensive" Putin shouted. "Sorry, sir. It is urgent, Hunsha sent us a letter, here it is" "Hmm, let me see, now get out from my office" "Sorry to disturb you sir", The aide left the room.

I accept your peace treaty, i will not attack your country until someone breaks this treaty. I will send you my military advisors to make sure that the restoration of Hunsha is functioning well, i will also send some gold, so your country will not experience the Great Depression. In return I want Finland to be part of my country, and your money you promised me, converted to Rubel.

The president was working on paperwork when a boy rushed through the door. "What the heck?!" the president said. The boy said sorry and left two letters on his desk. After reading the letters the president picked up his phone and called his friend at the Bank of Hunsha. "Yes, thank you." he ended the call. A little beep came from his computer. The message read: "10 million rubles sent to Putin's bank account" Another beep came from the computer and this time the message said: "10 million dollars sent to President Marment's account." The president picked up a pen and a sheet paper and started writing:

Dear presidents of Goral and Russia,

Thank you for accepting my pease offer, I hope we become great friends and not enemies. And to start this friendship how about we establish embassies? (well I establish embassies in each other's country)
