Actually, during the current timeline, there's a running rebellion in some place in central Philippines, and stopping it is as almost as impossible, and that rebellion is the longest in our (my RL country) history. And I wanna play as the Dagohoy rebellion.

Funny. Why will I ask a player if he can allow me to play revolt in his country, where realistically speaking, and since the POD is the American Revolution, he will not see it coming and revolutions are unexpected. Hispania might say the rebellion in his Asian isles are being purged, but the past records of revolts pre-POD can clearly justify that those Asian territory Hispania owns is always unstable with periodic intervals of 7-15 years.

Well, it's sort of necessary, otherwise you don't know what the situation is. What if genocide happened in the meantime or something?
