I don't expect it to be very populated. If I went with that I think it would also include Washington state. The white population wouldn't be much over 10,000.

would you mind giving up oregon and instead taking part of idaho. it would be a lot easier than dividing up oregon between coast and inland somewhere

I usually don't do this, but no.

Oregon-Washington was claimed by Cali, so it makes more sense, and plus I said it awhile ago.
